These people are permitted to testify at a trial because of special knowledge or profiency in a particular field that is relevant to the case. This means that they have expertise in their field which usually means having decades of experience thus the reason for the words "expert witness". Wolfgang was in the United States Air Force and was a Fla State Trooper as well as a United States Federal Customs Agent. This means that he was a sworn Law Enforcement Officer. It makes perfect sense that people would trust him with their lives so being placed on Nixons presidential detail is definitely not a big surprise. Wolfgang was also on national tv many times speaking as a national school safety expert. That is why everybody is confused and asking questions about why he was threatened for merely asking questions? He wasn't making accusations he was just doing his job as a professional with a proven track record. There are 16 simple questions so it shouldn't be that hard to provide answers that is all that he wants and once he gets answers he will then run off into the sun set. Please give Wolfgang the respect dignity and courtesy that he deserves based on his proven track record and provide answers for 16 simple questions.
